Dude, i guess you might be good in something but not mouse, OR you have been lost touch on mouse market for quite sometime. Based on what you said, i guess you lost touch on mouse market at least by 2,3  years(at least Or could be more than that or 4, 5years).

I have been using few units of A4 Tech mouse, from its ball type i get to know 10+ years back in a Subang Cc when i styding Taylor colleage, then bought a mini ball mouse from Sunway IT center ( at that time, its located underground of the mall), then won my 1st A4 Tech wireless rechargeable mouse from a Quiz competition organise by NST in PWTC durng PC Fair 2004( I guess you also bought the simialr technology wireless mouse in similar period OR if you could have bought it in this 1,2 years, it could be the dam old dead and left over stocks in some shops). Currently i m using its X7 series and G7 wireless series.

If you are talking about A4 rechargeable wireless mouse series, let me share with you back to 2003/4, i still recall that all the wireless mouse battery life span is only maximum 2-3 weeks (using Energizer battery, and at that time, there isn't any rechargeable wireless mouse in the market including Logitech...). A4 technology is consider very innovative and advanced back to that time. Thats why tey launch the new product and run a competition in PC Fair, and thru the Quiz , i learn about it.

Even back to now, Microsoft Blue Track wireless mouse battery life span is only about 2 weeks as indicated in the box, and  a Razer Mamba wireless mouse that cost you RM 469 only can have less than 2 weeks battery life span and need to recharge ..... Logitech , claim in the packaging as 12 months battery life , but base on how many hours usage per day ????? NEVER dare to mentioned at all in the product specs....my office got 1 Logitech and 1 A4 Tech G7 (both are nano receiver type). Logitech M305 and A4 Tech G7 are actually having similar battery life span based on full time office usage around 4 months life span, but logotech loose out in terms of operation range (work only not more than <10meters and got some lagging after > 3 meters, BUt G7 work beyond 10, we measure before, ist around 16 meter and amazingly its NO lagging at all). Therefore, all our 3 conference hall NB are eqipped with A4 Tech G7 due to its amazing long distance and not lagging factors. Our US director just came and gave presentation in one of the conference hall, and he was amaze with the superb long effective distance of the A4 Tech G7 and he ask me to brought him to IT store grab one for him to bring back to the state, but due to time factors, we bought the mouse from Carrefour Klang.

So, are you talking non-sense ? Or you really lost touch from the market ????? doh.gif  doh.gif

All the above 5 units of A4 Tech mouse i still keep it as all of it still working fine with exception the outlook its a bit outdated and some paint are faded or from white turn in to yellow brown color....

Please don;t simply comment thaings that you are not actively involve......

No offend, but i think its fair for me to tell the truth from my experience using A4 Tech for the past 10 years.... rclxm9.gif
