Is it easy to buy this stock coz the shares issued is kinda low compared to other companies' stocks....?

My Click Traders doesn't allow me to lock in any purchase on this stock. It prompts Suspended.

Well after I saw the CCB's Opening Price in the morning, decided instead to buy KNM. Now pulak stuck with the KNM....US220 million deal yet naik 3 cents only...
