UK buses can be quite slow not bcoz of the traffic, but bcoz they need to layan the passengers.

for example, if u dunno where to go or how to get where u're going, just go to the bus stop and hail a bus. ANY bus. the drivers have the obligation to find out what u need, even if that's not the bus u're boarding for. so imagine those makcik2 british who LOVE to chat, they'd ask lotsa questions!

unfortunately, yes. and it could be worse sometimes.

u see, UK are not usually air conditioned. even if it's summer. so u get sweaty people cramping up in the buses with their clothes sticking to their skins rubbing against u. and during winter, they wear those thick jackets that were never washed for a couple of years that smells rotten. if u were ever had to take the bus, it's better to wait for the empty ones.

buses do come frequently, though. the busy routes are usually every 3-5 minutes, less busy about 15 minutes, and the absolutely not busy routes normally once every hour.
