Not really reliable...

A bus with GPS system that send signal to the operation centre and the estimate time of arrival will be displayed on bus stops (there is a risk of it being stolen, but these can be avoided by proper design...

at least someone do something instead of just talking cock. i use to send emails to KTM komuter about the poor station condition in Kepong. Now after they upgraded the station i am happy. they even infrom on what they planned to do in stages. so not only did i get the reply they even try to inform me on what future plans they have

good job on KTM in that department

now all we need is for KTM to tambah more coaches! Email time again?

KTM is always fast in email or newspaper complaints...

Once there was complain of metre gauge not suitable bla bla, and later the Managing Director of KTMB of that time, replies on NST
