Here's some of the customers feedbacks on chinese forums for the romantic DIY lamp n also other items.
And It's not as difficult to do as we thought.

however, we do provide dissemble serive now for the romantic projection lamp (by the agent, not us). For those who do not wish to do it themselves n ask for us help. We will help u to send it to the agent to help u guys to do it, wit extra charge rm15. Pls be noted tat we do not earn any from it, we r just helping u guys finding ppl to help. U guys can choose to dissemble urself to save the money n learn urself too. it's not as hard as u think. we do have loys cstmrs say their complete it in half hour or 1hour++ =)

we did replied u politely d by pm. n if got any problems u can pm us b4 form out a complaint, we will try to fix it.
we dint claimed tat all items were 100% no problem, just say that we have sell more than 1k unit of this lamp in this 2 yr n so far all no problem n function well. n we also said that maybe ur lamp wayer longgar abit or assembled wrong in small places. u can post back to us, we help u check it n fixed it, post u back a no problem one. even u claimed tat it's very very easy to assemble, but can u 100% guarantee no wrong? lastime got 1 or 2 cstmr who shouted tat they dunno how to assemble pula, hard for them. =.= haiz... diff ppl diff perspective n nobody right or wrong..
ok, maybe u r right n assemble properly, but we also need to get back the lamp to check it n fixed it for u so tat u can get a good one.

we r not here to accuse anyone, but wish u can understand tat we also have our own rule. we have try our best to help, promise to help u check it n fix it or change a new one if cant fix it. but u refuse to post back...
i m not pointing fingers to anyone, but try to put urself in my shoes, if we did it, nextime other cstmrs may have a good chance to get 1 more & free! just to say tat their light or their items cant function, post him or her a new one or refund. n they wont post the faulty one back. WASTED Time as reason or excuses. then does it mean we need to 'buy 1 free 1' n close shop in the end? haiz.

at least if u post back to us, we can prove that wat's happening in it. n if it really couldnt function, we change for u. n we can show this to our manufacturer n get back our money.
we r really did our best, if u refuse post back to change n insatisfied, u can form a complaint on a proper forum, but not here. let others to judge there.

For those who r lazy to assemble, we would recommend u to order turtle lamp or star beauty which do need any assemble.
Actually the romantic DIY star projection lamp is Not difficult to assemble, lots of our chinese forum cstmrs all no problem, just some lynn member got some small problem in it)
however, we have carry out the method to solve ur all problem!
u can get ur romantic DIY star lamp easily now~
we will let other ppl to help u assemble. just charge for rm5.
for this, u do not need to worry it cant function or other problem
we will aseemble n test it b4 post to ensure it function weel. And, it also save ur time

yup, got stock.
recent few batch stock all got eng+mandarin dwi-language =)

last batch is LED type as it's more tahan compare with light bulk, also many good feedbacks from cstmrs as they successful assemble. we did received many customers good feedbacks b4, of course from previous we sell, mostly is light bulk type, only 2 batch is LED type, but all still ok overall. depends person skills, preferences, expectation and so on. and i did also recommend u to take turtle lamp b4 u purchase as turtle lamp no need assemble, nice light and got music, easier n personally really like it alot...
however, this new batch arrive is light bulk type, lighter than LED =)
