Transfer data to new iPhone, How?

Hi guys,
Sorry if this has been asked before but how do i transfer all my data from one iPhone to another? I want to wipe the data off my old iPhone 2G and transfer it to another newer iPhone 3GS. How is the correct way to do this? Thanks in advance. Any help is appreciated. |
