Rentung dalam kereta

CYBERJAYA: Menyayat hati apabila seorang wanita yang cuba menyelamatkan diri keluar dari kenderaannya yang terbakar ditemui rentung selepas gagal berbuat demikian dalam kemalangan berhampiran persimpangan lampu isyarat di Jalan Persiaran Apec, di sini, semalam.

Dalam kejadian jam 8.25 pagi, mayat mangsa, Nurzihanie Shafie, 27, ditemui rentung di pintu kanan tempat duduk belakang dipercayai cuba menyelamatkan diri.

Malah, lebih memilukan mangsa yang bekerja sebagai pembina laman web di sebuah syarikat yang terletak kira-kira dua kilometer dari tempat kejadian itu dikatakan baru habis pantang.

Ketua Trafik Selangor, Superintendan Che Hussin Omar, berkata siasatan mendapati mangsa yang memandu sebuah kereta Proton Gen.2 dari arah Sri Kembangan ke Cyberjaya terbabas ke kiri jalan dan melanggar pokok kelapa sawit sebelum berpusing beberapa kali dan masuk ke laluan sama.

“Pada masa sama sebuah Proton Wira dipandu seorang wanita berusia 30-an gagal mengelak sebelum merempuh kenderaan mangsa.

Akibat perlanggaran itu, kereta dinaiki mangsa terbakar dan orang ramai yang cuba menghulurkan bantuan kepada mangsa gagal,” katanya ketika dihubungi di sini, semalam.

Satu jentera Bomba dan Penyelamat turut dikejarkan ke lokasi kejadian untuk memadam kebakaran.

Che Hussin berkata, mayat mangsa ditemui di tempat duduk belakang dan pihaknya tidak menolak kemungkinan mangsa cuba menyelamatkan diri sejurus nahas.

“Polis juga tidak menolak kemungkinan kenderaan itu dipandu laju sebelum terbabas berdasarkan beberapa kesan brek di tempat kejadian.

“Mayat mangsa dihantar ke Hospital Serdang untuk bedah siasat manakala pemandu Proton Wira dikejarkan ke Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) kerana trauma akibat kejadian itu,” katanya menambah mangsa tinggal di Seri Kembangan.

Akibat kemalangan itu, kesesakan teruk hampir lima kilometer berikutan kejadian berlaku pada waktu puncak dan orang ramai berpusu-pusu ke tempat kerja.

Nope. She was a very pretty looking young mother. Heard she has an 8 month old baby.

tulah. speed summore. last year myvi died, this year gen2 terbakar.

the chances of fire are very minimum, bad luck for the driver.

alfatihah.. i heard the news from my friend yesterday morning.. our office is just nearby :|

very sad.. i wonder why my coworkers came late yesterday morning [im working at tm r&d].. it was all bcoz of this.. many accidents happen at the same spot b4.. i duno why, mayb there is something there, or juz the victims were slightly careless

the accident happened just right in front of my office only , and the other lady driving wira bang the gen 2 one was from my company.....

yesterday morning i thought got roadblock when almost reaching office ,it was terrible jam... after that only knew this tragic thing happened... RIP

may allah bless her soul. i cant even imagine what going thru her husband n the newborn, that's too depressing!

on serious note, how she end up at the back seat? is it bcoz the crash rendered the front door useless? and she wasnt in time to escape thru the back door?

chassis bent kut, it is possible that she panicked and couldnt remove the seatbelt in time. petrol fires spread fast.

ohhh man ... poor lady ....


she was literally burned to death ..... cant imagine how the screams, wailling sound is .............

What a horrible way to die.
Please don't speed unnecessarily no matter how good a driver you are. Even F1 racers also get accidents. Lotus handling can't save you.

because the car on fire that time she tried to climb behind and escape , but wasn't in time to do so....

Even Lotus now no more with F1..

the fren of the deceased lady mentioned in his blog that hes using the same car (gen2) n wondered wether the car is actually safe 2 be on the road.. a word of advise 2 the guy --> no matter how good a car ure having, be it a honda, a bimmer, a mercedes, an aston or a ferrari even, it wouldnt guarantee ur life if u drive fast n irresponsibly..
