hi guys
how do u guys find HR1 & HR2 for staying purposes , the price for HR1 is around 400k and 500k for HR2, is the price oredi rock bottomed??  last nite was wandering around that area and found out that the number of unlit unit are much more higher than the lit one, meaning the occupancy is quite low, ...  any ideas of these properties? .... thanks  |

Great are. Near to KL, Mont Kiara, Segambut too
 . But the TNB electric cable at the surrounding area kind of bring the value down a bit. Most units are unlit maybe bcoz most buyers only buy for investment/rental purposes I think. |

Should be around 350 -400 psf, with Regency 1 cheaper
