Akeem,

please include MRC (MOPED RIDERS COMMUNITY) via its official community website:
http://www.mopedriders.forumotion.com

it's open to all moped riders and bikers, but mostly riders are split forummers of KingOfMoped135 (KOM135) using the yamaha LC135. smile.gif

somebody selling XP andrion CDI, which is the best cdi racing for LC135 at the moment. You can contact the one using nickname KID on KOM135 forum or in MRC forum. Full set should be in range around RM800+ for the price (the lowest)...

For the EO, do u guys ever heard the MOTOREX brand? it's switzerland made EO with the best specs so far. Supposed to be official EO for KTM motorcycle / scrambler but it specs is the most details i ever seen. From API, ACEA, CCMC, Super LL, JASO, ILSAC & EELQMS. You may google to find what is these exactly for...

standard lc can go 170km/h? icon_question.gif
*
depends on your riding skill.. but for the 1st batch of LC, some says it's easily can go to that speed. But if you're always riding with full throttle on it.. the speed will drop easily biggrin.gif

u mean when i reach the highest speed ... i cant go full throttle anymore??
*
no... what i mean here is you can reach full speed with full throttle but it's not good everytime you ride it that you give 'em a full throttle... it will weaken your engine performance after some period of time... biggrin.gif

Added on October 21, 2009, 5:29 pmi felt better to use the standard exhaust but with the modified manifold and others part too... i have a place that give a special std exhaust that can easily performs base on what you need... smile.gif

honestly i don't recommend faito performance parts for friend because it's actually non-japan made as what its stated on the packaging, neither taiwan made.. it's actually a china made parts and i heard many case via some forum and some friend also said it's not a good item to use for long period of time.. after a while you'll know why this mainstream build is not good for our motorcycle parts... biggrin.gif

tongue.gif
*
rclxub.gif wahhh after long explanation you still didn't understand aa... hmm.gif
if you ride a motorcycle, if u opt your motorcycle have a good acceleration and top speed, please do not press full throttle all the time... it's the simply words i can tell u.. if still can't understand then, i didn't know how to explain though doh.gif

QUOTE(TryX @ Oct 21 2009, 09:47 PM)
Yaya my mechanics complain to me as well. Faito parts really suck Especially the cam, totally out of measurements. Just the name sound so cool. But is make in China like what he told me....
*
definitely true laugh.gif some elite track's friend used to play there, mostly said that too! sweat.gif

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Oct 21 2009, 09:58 PM)
where??
*
Stone Motor, located at Tmn melati, Kuala Lumpur area... Some friend using takim exhaust but stone motor standard modified exhaust is more great on performance than takim exhaust.. laugh.gif
If you're not familiar with tmn melati, open up a google maps and find taman melati over there...

QUOTE(rainingzero @ Oct 22 2009, 08:23 AM)
Agreed. Most of my friend also not recommend me to use any faito performance parts. Its only performs good on 1st few weeks, after that u can feel sluggish performance on ur bike...doh.gif
i also want to ask same question... smile.gif

Your air-fuel mixture slightly screwed.
How much throttle do you open at 120kph?
Thank you.
You mean, they take the standard exhaust pipe and cut it?
sucn as relocate the catalyzer / the taper alike collector and etc to get the desired powerband?
*
yes, they will operate the exhaust pipe and will make a measurement base on your block and the carburetor size and then cut the parts and re-patch it back.. smile.gif

QUOTE(rainingzero @ Oct 22 2009, 02:23 PM)
Experienced this while using Nob1 SSS last time. IINM ur air-fuel mixture slightly lean....

@kinozawa
Taman melati arr?? i'll ask my friend regarding this workshop. might pay a visit there... smile.gif
*
great.. it just a small workshop but with a big heart. they have won some games on elite track via 135LC open in the mid of this year. biggrin.gif

Ya, same question goes 4 me too.

BTW, u guys with aftermarket exhaust ever had experienced "KAPOOM!!" to ur exhaust?
Like mercun bola kind of sound..
i was riding like 120km/h and slowly decreasing to 70 when suddenly that one exploding sound.. "POOM!!"  shocking.gif
im sure its from my bike coz there's no other bike around when that happened..
Kind of worried at this moment..  sweat.gif
*
the problem is just come from the aftermarket exhaust.. the mix between the air and fuel is wrongly set up on the carburetor cause that. Apart of it i also suffered the same problem before, when i'm using either Nob1 Trioval or Nob1 Titanium... The manifold on the racing exhaust is smaller than my aftermarket carburetor, so every time i pull the throttle it will explode with a very loud sound... After sometimes you'll noticed there's a bit effect on the engine, in the valve clearance part, it will become badly if you have no action to take on that matter... You'll noticed that the spark plug coloration a bit black from normal. This means you'll need to setup back the mix between air and fuel for the standard carburetor or change main jet and pilot jet for the aftermarket carburetor to the most 'ngam-ngam' one.

QUOTE(DontdoDRUG @ Oct 22 2009, 05:00 PM)
no no... i know wat u tyring to say... wat i dont really know is... the parts of the bike... hehe dont get angry with me... im just  blush.gif  a greenhorn
*
laugh.gif nvm... it's just a small matter dude. icon_rolleyes.gif Just tell me what you need to know... come to my MRC forum then, you can ask people over there too smile.gif

how much is nob1 sss & nob1 triovale for new one? can get at takim ah???

oso, price of iridium spark and the best brand (terbaek punya!!!)
*
nob1 sss price range around RM150 up to RM200 depends on the seller price... Nob1 triovale last time i bought around RM170 in NKS sentul. No, takim is actually not selling these items, they only provide customize exhaust or if you want to modifiying either the aftermarket or standard exhaust it's good place to go. BTW nowadays it's still not good enough for taqim to prove it has the best 4 stroke customize exhaust. From what i know if you're on the 2 strokes machine taqim provide better customize exhaust for 'em.

Denso iridium spark plug (good one) normally price around RM50++ above... smile.gif

Maybe you should be hardworking abit... Write in a piece of paper regarding what you wanna to ask and bring it to a professional foreman and ask them all you want. Or can survey from the foreman around your area. They will answer to you more professionally than us. Or can google it like what Kinozawa say biggrin.gif
*
i doubt the foreman will story the most details, since they got a lot of things to do besides to talk... hahahahha...
the best way like i told, just googling the info around the web (theoretically) and to go practically maybe can do a bit D.I.Y to the motorcycle part smile.gif

i don't see any bad effect using the aftermarket cdi.. because it's not properly working at 100%, unless you modified the engine parts... any brand also not gain much performance each other if you're still using the stock engine. Just follow the instruction on the CDI's manual book, while not to over setting. It's just enough for that smile.gif

Ahh, thanks.
At first I m thinking to bring my NOB1 SSS when I balik kampung (KL), but what a stupid idea... how to modify without the bike??  biggrin.gif
Shit, I'll still have to find one in penang.

Exhaust pipe will be my final touch up, and I'll get a near to perfect powerband liao  icon_rolleyes.gif

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
side story:

Now, I am craving for a 270 degree cam, current 250 degree still lacks a bit on 3rd and 4th when it rev above 8500rpm.

but I love the low end of 250 degree cam, 4th gear oso can accelerate when uphill at 60kph.

When I was using 330 degree cam a few months back, 1st, 2nd and 3rd is awesome, but 4th missed the powerband, and top speed stuck at 130+kph only, laugh.gif

Added on October 23, 2009, 11:14 pm

Why you scared got effect ler? Got effect is good you know. Means you got better acceleration! tongue.gif

ok, joke aside...

Let me tell you some serious story.

Most foreman will tell you, change to racing CDI, the spark hotter and more accurate at higher rpm.

Yes, it is true. your fuel can have more complete burning ma. More complete burning = more power, more power = more heat.

so piston may have lubang.. The foreman is correct...

but, if your air-fuel mixture is ngam ngam at high rpm, then everything is fine.

In fact, increase air flow without increasing fuel intake even easier to get piston lubang than CDI.
*
mind to look for CJ Ipoh Racing Exhaust.. Most ppl using it said that it's better than Nob1 muffler. laugh.gif

QUOTE(satayz88 @ Oct 24 2009, 01:28 AM)
i bought my LC on month 7 ago. july 2009. but my bike only can reach 110 km/h..at most 120 km/h... is anything wrong with my bike? all are stock. using LC ES...
*
how much your weight? biggrin.gif
some friend told that the new LC's speedometer has been tuning up to reach more or less being accurate like a real speed. The old LC speedometer is too light, so easily to reach 150 - 160km/j while the other motorcycle tested only speed around 120 - 130 km/j. laugh.gif

1) try different sprocket settings...
2) Find any lightweight friend to test your bike.. see how much it can go brows.gif
3) if your bike still using the stock overall and have a warranty, find any dealer that can help you to resetting it back the top-speed. How? hmm.gif they will take your stock CDI and reprogram it back in the HLY. It can easily go up to the 160km/j for the standard engine... not many ppl know about this... biggrin.gif (However by doing this you still need to fork out the money... even still under warranty or not, but if still got warranty it's cheaper than none)

hope this help biggrin.gif
