[quote=Are_keem,Aug 5 2009, 10:38 AM]
the rim is Racing Boy type 811, maybe 2.15inch wide for rear, and 1.85inch front. that was like fitting rear rims on the front i might be mistaken by the rear tyre size, looks like 110/70 or 100/80 one. and nope, both of the tyre is from Maxxis racing one, although the pattern looks like Jambatan Batu Battlax C-Type is it the tyre easy to get? and how much do u think ar? |

QUOTE(samba18 @ Aug 5 2009, 06:40 PM) The rim that bike is using is the same size like mine. samba u know where to get the tyre? Front = 1.85 or 1.86 i forgot. Rear = 2.50 2.15 is for 3 batang (Rear) Size of tyre he's using is most probably 110/70 for the rear. Added on August 5, 2009, 6:44 pmbtw 20k for that bike is way too expensive. U can get a custom made under seat Y-Pipe for not more than RM1k & fully stainless steel. Last time i wanted to sell my bike with everything on it for RM9k only if im not mistaken. (When it was orange in color) |

QUOTE(samba18 @ Aug 6 2009, 08:57 PM) If u want u can let me know. If there is stock that is. Depends on what series u want. New or 2nd hand. im not sure wat series.. but i want just like in the pic.. 100/80 & 110/70... how much ar?? 1.85 fit with 90/80 is the best. (For me la.. i dont know about others.) If i Bridgestone tau ke i dont need to ride LC de la haha Depends on what size and model u are looking for. For example: NEW BT39SS will cost around RM200 - RM240 each (Size 90/80) and 80/90 size will cost slightly more cuz its hard to find. Seldom people use it thats why. BT-090G (Penang ppl call it bunga M or bunga C) For size 90/80 will cost around RM380 each Size 110/70 cost around RM400+ if im not mistaken. Used (From cub prix) BT39SS will cost around RM150 - RM170 (Depending on tyre thread) BT-090G will cost around RM200 - RM280 (Also depending on tyre thread) Hope that helps. Cheers |

QUOTE(TryX @ Aug 6 2009, 11:09 PM) I think 90/80 more suitable for everyday use and also for ur stock rim....... if two big tyre wasted only..... Bike very heavy...... Unless u modified ur bike until ur bike damn fast than only u will be needing those extra traction opps... my mistake.. i want 90/80 & 110/70... btw i dun really care about the speed cause now also i can hit 170..and im not always speed liao.. so i dun care for the moments, but will mod my engine end of this year for now i wan mod the outside oni.. engine later... SAMBA can u list the new and 2ndhand price... im sure will buy it.. but need to know the price 1st laa.. |

QUOTE(samba18 @ Aug 7 2009, 12:36 AM) If your using stock rims then 110/70 is not ideal for u. Cuz the size is too big. I dont think u can even fit it on to ur rims. nope.. i wan change my rim.. 1.85-90/80 , 2.50-110-70 The price is already listed there. and btw samba do u have below cover engine like ur oren set before? but i wan stndrd footrest... |

QUOTE(Are_keem @ Aug 13 2009, 04:01 PM) nope for the time being no use also la if dble stand and lock at sproket... cause i lock my bike like that too...am thinking a way to prevent them. first, double stand your bike. then put lock or solex on the sprocket. that way, they can't move the rims as it's locked to the sprocket. for the front rim, better put disc lock with alarm (branded ones like Xena is recommended). if they move the rim, they will trigger the alarm that penyagak they took the rims and front disc and offcourse with tyres.. my tyres only 2 months liao... aihh... thinking to chnge but been stole now.. WTF laa... anyway better i dun know who is behind of this... if i know... hmm... for sure will not give him to police.. but for sure i will give him my hand and leg to his face 1st.. wat a bad and sad day.... saturday offwork , can go workshop... but still cnfuse dunno wat rims and tyres wanna take.. |
