after remove the air filter, what need to be resetting? and how to reset?
thx^^

my bike, with stock exhaust and stock tyres = 180
change to nob1 triovale + new big tyre = 165
now change back to stock exhaust = 150 only>.< damn slow
nob1 triovale very good in acceleration, i can feel immediately the acceleration is a lot lesser now than before when i was using nob1 triovale
*
removing air filter is good for acceleration and with good setting u can get top quite easily.. i did the setting myself eventho i never knew how to do it lol.. tongue.gif luckly the setting is okey.. after removing air filter u need to set the carb back.. biggrin.gif and i dont know about using paip coz im using stock exhaust.. tongue.gif correct me if im wrong.. biggrin.gif i can get 150kmh quite easily.. rclxm9.gif

alarm is always good, no matter ur using Lc or any type of bike, but some ppl get too shy for using an alarm but better throw away ur shy than lose ur bike isnt it.. think whats the best for u.. biggrin.gif been using alarm for more than 3 months now, so far no problem..

that switch is an engine switch, if u turn it off u cant never get ur bike starts, so that one is good also but just dont tell anyone u got switch under ur seat or they might go cabut ur seat and rompak ur bike.. biggrin.gif tongue.gif u can ask the shop to install it for u.. biggrin.gif

hello hahahoho_hei,

so far i asked before d about the alarm... there are 2 types of alarm selling.. one is cheap alarm and another is expensive alarm..
cheap alarm will ring even if u just stand beside ur bike and use ur leg to stomp on the ground loudly..u hit the seat also will ring..(super sensitive)
expensive alarm hardly will ring...but if really move the bike then only will ring.. (not really sensitive, just like car alarm..correct me if i'm wrong)

but cheap alarm is cheaper la.. i think bout rm100++
expensive alarm come in hefty price... about rm300++

i so far until now also dunno wanna install alarm or not..
scared later some stray cat come inside my house and started climbing the bike and create false alarm...even raining heavily and thundersound also is enough to trigger it.. doh.gif
*
not really, u can set the sensitivity urself, if u dont want ur cat to make false alarm then set the sensitivity to 3, there are 4 sensitivity all together, the highest is most sensitive.. tongue.gif and so far rain havent do any damages or so called bad to my alarm.. rclxms.gif

hahaha, i agreed.. if u got alarm then it would be hard for them since when they want to angkat ur moto.. ur alarm will treeetttt treettt or anyhow the alarm sounds.. laugh.gif tongue.gif but still i prefer alarm than just some locks.. biggrin.gif and takes some afford laa to bring lorry with u, most thieves dont do that but they will if too desperate..

Yesterday, i check my engine then i found 1 screw that had alenkey shape spannar one, then i go to shop to ask them about the sound "tak tak tak" that i mention before. They said it normal one sound like that. After that, one mechanic rev my bike. He found out that my caburator like "longgar" then he ask one of the mechanic to open and see what happen. That mechanic also ask me that if i had open the caburator before. I said no. Then the mechanic open to see. Guess what, both screw at caburator already gone. Wow, i can't imagine that Yamaha really careless about that.
*
woaaa that thing ever happaned aaa? ohmy.gif maybe its not yamaha maybe its someone who did that to u.. hmm.gif

*
im not sure about that tho but how come if we installed alarm they gonna do that to us since we install alarm for safety not for adding 10000mkh/hour.. if thats true then all i can say is how stupid.. shakehead.gif and i also heard if u lowered ur folk and accident, insurans wont cover.. ohmy.gif true?

yes the alarm will work, coz alarm and switch is 2 differ things.. not connected at all..

Added on December 18, 2009, 8:23 pmthe switch and the alarm is 2 differ things, they are not connected at all.. the switch wiring is direct to ur engine part thingy.. and there's an alarm which have nearly same function, like my alarm, if my handle is locked and someone trying to break it, they still cant turn the engine on, since all electricity will be cut.. thats how my alarm works.. rclxms.gif

just came home after southern ride these 3 days, that's the furthest my ride had been to. no problem at all after travelling near 1500km in 3 days. also no problem to maintain 130-140km/h on PLUS highway, at 1am summore.. hahaha
i'd use faito 420 chain before. the performance is just on the average level, but it will make weird sound in just 2-3 days after the chainlube is applied on the chain doh.gif

how was ur ride are_keem? did u enjoy it? smile.gif and where u went? Johor aa?

not sure bout 415, but i'm using 420 that time. that aerospace material is titanium, the same material used on osaki sprocket set. but SSS if i'm not mistaken got various type, either made from aluminium, titanium or just plain steel.
yeah, really enjoy my ride. was running 120-130km/h on Pekan-Rompin road, full with corners + even roads summore  brows.gif
too bad most of the journey is in rain, so cannot 'asah' my knee on the road la  tongue.gif
and yes, i went to johor bahru and then melaka. imagine what, i arrived at melaka at 3 am  doh.gif
osaki around rm70-80 per set. actually the durability of the chain also depends on its maintenance. if maintained properly, then any brand should be no problem to run thousands of km.
*
woaa nice aa, but i can imagine travelling in the rain, pain in the ass.. tongue.gif last time i tried to asah I fell down due to some stupid oil left by some stupid lorry on the road.. wakakaka.. brows.gif
