Erm..is Nob1 SSS looks like a standard muffler?

it seems like none supporting faito 60mm block, so pls suggest other racing block which can be trusted and dont worry about its cost and also whr to get it.. pls friends, i cant wait to get a racing block for my machine.. thank you

At first I m thinking to bring my NOB1 SSS when I balik kampung (KL), but what a stupid idea... how to modify without the bike?? 
Shit, I'll still have to find one in penang.

Exhaust pipe will be my final touch up, and I'll get a near to perfect powerband liao

Now, I am craving for a 270 degree cam, current 250 degree still lacks a bit on 3rd and 4th when it rev above 8500rpm.

but I love the low end of 250 degree cam, 4th gear oso can accelerate when uphill at 60kph.

When I was using 330 degree cam a few months back, 1st, 2nd and 3rd is awesome, but 4th missed the powerband, and top speed stuck at 130+kph only,

Let me tell you some serious story.

Most foreman will tell you, change to racing CDI, the spark hotter and more accurate at higher rpm.

Yes, it is true. your fuel can have more complete burning ma. More complete burning = more power, more power = more heat.

so piston may have lubang.. The foreman is correct...

but, if your air-fuel mixture is ngam ngam at high rpm, then everything is fine.

In fact, increase air flow without increasing fuel intake even easier to get piston lubang than CDI.

im from nibong tebal and rite now study n doing practical at kl ,but im 2nd owner , as being 2nd hand bike, im not so lucky...block jammed..change to yaguso 58.8 then after 2 month of use suddenly block jammed again and kuar asap putih, when switch on the motorcycle head bergegar... then rebore pulak...foreman said 2x times rebore so i dont know the actual size rite now...me noob...the foreman said 2 of my valve haus? change that also.. so rite now my bike can run again but can hear sound like tik2...i ask the foreman he said its because of the new valve, so i wanna ask expert here issit true? feeling wanna to overhaul my ride, the new bee hock how much cost upah for overhaul? usually how long it take?

Ehh Charge arr your bike got makan minyak hitam or not?? because today i go Bee Hock check with him he told me he no use Yaguso block leh he say makan minyak hitam leh.... Now he intro me Faito block =.='

The latest batch of Yaguso block sux. Mine is 1st batch, lucky me.
There are 3 main factors in power modification:

Lol i dunno what the course of makan minyak hitam but normally is coz by the block and piston... It wont happened to standard block. Just aftermarket bigger block. But if makan a little is normal but if too much smoke than have to take and check with your foreman lor. If want reduce FC i think you have to take to a good foreman and try reset your bike.

Haha yarp i dont like Faito. But i think Bee Hock have Shark block and he told me just need to order. But now 58mm no more only have 57mm or 60mm nia..... That block my fren also using so far no problem.

Ermm i change to 60mm block ler so i plan to try Rextor lor but kns that Bee Hock dont have Shark blocks. He ask me use Faito. So no choice lor i  pasang the blocks.....He ask me If got problem take back to him..... Bike still in garage.

no wonder so syiok wanna go balik pulau, hahaha.
here's the run in technique I use:

1) first 100km, less than 1/4 throttle. Each run at least 15 minutes, and cool down the engine completely before next run. Change EO at 100km.

2) first 300km, less than 1/2 throttle. can pull up to 2/3 max rpm every 3 minutes. Each run at least 20 minutes. Cool down engine completely before next run. Then change EO.

3) first 500km, less than 3/4 throttle. Procedure same like (2). Then change EO.

4) 500km - 1000km. Now you can start full throttle at some random intervals. Of course change EO when u reached 1000km.
Note:
first 1000km recommended to use mineral based EO to run in. Semi synthetic and full synthetic is too smooth to get the engine break-in nicely. Will lose power in future. But if you ady have synthetic oil, then no choice, need to run in slowly liao.

Personal experience, the engine does go very smoothly by breaking in this way, compared to the 'gentle ride for 1000km with good oil' using my stock 135cc.

Haha than he will be ready to take off Yar laa even on the turbo car with 4 wheel is hard to control them when the turbo kicks in.... The car cant go straight when the turbo kicks in. How the bike can withstand those kind of urge....

It makes me angry to think that I'm stopped at roadblocks because I wash my bike, make it look nice, ride it out during hours when normal ppl goes out that sort of thing, and kena saman... where as those 100++ midnight rangers all over Penang can convoy around the island. What about those emergency respond bikers? They ride even harder to accident scenes breaking a few car reflectors along the way. , then the PizzaHut delivery boy slogan: Why rempit when you can make money?

Wow Motul RM62? than i think if u got time can come Penang buy lol. Can get below RM50 for Motul. And on the way can enjoy the Penang Laksa.
