Possible, but that time the economy rice would cost you at least rm10 per plate. Professional experience worker would at least earn 15k per month.

1m property like selling vega in pasar malam, or even worse. I am wondering what is the actual average income of klang valley people. 950k minus 10% need to loan 850k. That is 4k++ installment, need a nett income of 12k. Or majority are cash rick investor who dispose earlier and re enter the market?
