agree, anggun is too near the upcoming LRT3.
Citra is newer and location slightly better than Suria but imho Suria design is better than Citra for the 28x120.
1. Suria the courtyard is not over size with proper doors and wall around it unlike the single courtyard at Citra where the guest room toilet opens into it.
2. Suria main staircase is better designed unlike the shophouse like long staircase in Citra.
3. All 6 rooms in Suria have their own private attached bath unlike those in Citra.
4. Double volume dinning area for Suria
5. If you look from behind the house, Citra roof is one long stretch like rumah panjang. Suria design is more unique compared to a more convention Citra but thats my view only

Some pros on the Citra design though, the master room is much bigger, glass balcony, slightly bigger built up, do not have the odd spiral staircase design, more conventional roof (the Suria design have leaking issues in most unit).
So true.. anggun's layout was perfect for us. but why in the world would I&P build a semiD right next to a power station and MRT/main road just behind. We're in a dilemma, in that case it's just between citra, suria and sinar1.. I see sinar1 is build together with the semiD's?? and not G&G also? You guys mind sharing about these 3 (Citra, Suria, Sinar)?
