These temasya houses are superlinks right? I see agents selling at min RM1.2 mil to > 2 mil. Is this the fair prices for a terrance house?. Doesn't matter about the built up or land area but a intermediate terrance is not a semi-d however u look at it.

Too damn expensive, if u barely can afford it pls dont buy, agents will tell u this development is only for rich working class people

That is my point. A link house costing millions. I can get a semi-d for that price what....

Yeah! U can actually get a semi-d at that price but definitely not in glenmarie & Ara damansara area.

I think fences will be up AFTER CF issued. Else violate mbsa ruling.

Asking price drop. 28x70(RM1.6M to RM1.4M) and 28x120 (RM2.2 to RM2M). Happened within 2 mths.

Any idea how much rental?

I'm really interested in this area for own stay.. 28x70 intermediate unit. But cannot afford the 1.4m price tag.. 1.2m will grab for sure.. Any interested seller?

The agents will ask u to buy other place if u cannot afford. No point stretching urself if u r not at their level

I don't think it's possible. Latest transacted sub-sale was RM1.48 mil for 28' x 70' & RM2.15 mil for 28' x 120'.

Have been following up with a few agents. Owners don't seem to be in a hurry to sell. I believe mostly cash rich buyers with holding power. Summore latest RPGT already kicked in. Asking price will likely go up upon VP. Just m2c
