Build only when populations there increased.

Just a nice way to say it is cancelled.

Glenmarie station not too far away. I feel for those Anggun lots tht their back is facing the Kerjaya road & future train tracks.

This place feels isolated somehow. Food choices especially Chinese is limited e.g. no kopitiam. Groceries option is limited as well. It lacks the amenities compared to Ara Damansara or other more established area. Also take note of high tension cable, generally agreed that safe distance is > 500m away

huh? what are you talking about?

empire shopping gallery, subang parade, ss14/ss15 is just around the corner. loads of Chinese food choices. groceries - 2 nearby Jaya grocers, huge aeon big, subang wet market, all the traditional groceries shop at ss14/ss15, a bit further you have tesco ara, another jaya grocers at evolve etc.

if you are looking for WALKING DISTANCE then yes, temasya is isolated. however i doubt residence at temasya and glenmarie go around by walking. driving to any of the surrounding eateries and shopping area is less than 5mins. don't forget the colleges, hospitals, petrol station, car service centers nearby. pretty convenient.

not sure but maybe can find one at a reasonable/lower price during this economic times.

where else can you find true superlink 28x120 houses, 4500+ sft build up, freehold land, wide access road in pj/Subang area? other option will be semi-d/bungalow

That is the point, you need to drive out of the area like you mentioned to Subang and Ara Damansara and not within the are itself. I have a friend who says he feels tired having to go to neighbouring area every time he wants to eat Chinese Food or buy groceries with more varieties. Going to Ara is 5 mins but going back to Temasya needs to make a big round at Federal Highway to get back as there is no direct link.

Driving a few minutes more is hardly tiring. Anyway it's buyers choice. I'm saying it's not like far out, just a short drive, if ara is far then shop at subang lo. Just 2 minutes drive... ๐Ÿ˜

If you want shops at door step then temasya is not for you.

if you want to stay in a quiet area, houses with big build-up and low low density. you can't expect a giant mall or rows of shophouses smack in the middle. different people look for different criteria to find their dream home, some may not mind sacrificing having to drive a couple of minutes to get their groceries or meal. anyway can look elsewhere, no such thing as perfect location.

Of cos...but you forgot to mention a huge industrial park next to it and also rows of car showrooms further down the road. Not exactly quiet
