For two days consecutive, SPX and DOW have tried to break the neckline support of the inverse h&s but failed to break through convincingly thus reinforcing the belief that the DOW and the SPX have further room to go.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE LONGER KLCI REMAINS ABOVE 1150 LEVEL, THE CHANCES OF KLCI HITTING 1200 IS VERY VERY HIGH.

Recommendation:

SHORT at your RISK as KLCI has FAILED to break down 1150 while DOW / SPX failed to break down as well.

Buy and hold, maintain tight stop.
