My friend, futures traders have to be quick mah.....one minute we can be bullish, the next we can be bearish. But about 3 pm just now, i issued a sell signal for those who sign up for my newsletter leh; selling stocks and TP futures.

IF its a long term position, why do you sell? Isnt this healthy? you can pick up more of quality stocks isnt it? If you are a contra player, its a totally different story.

That's why i said, different instruments (different type of stocks) require different strategies. We shouldn't be chasing the highs anyways. The market has been overbought for a long long time. Technically, it was ripe for a correction.

Again, contra players are different, they have no interest in holding the underlying shares. If your type of investment is for the long term, it doesn't matter if the index is up or down.

Highly volatile instruments like forex and futures require rapid actions and analysis. Hence, different instruments poses different risk and reward.

Right, that's why my analysis is different for long term holders. A few days back, i have mentioned, contra players should cut loss before a leg down. My pov only serves as an advise. So if my analysis differs from your investing strategy, feel free to ignore it. I'm just helping out.
