QUOTE(danmooncake @ Jul 30 2009, 11:39 AM) China is a bubble in the making already. Their govt is very worry that people are borrowing cheap money The markets this year are like moving fromto buy speculative stocks instead of "investing" or building business or infrastructure. China is the next America (becoming spenders). America is the next China (becoming savers). Fear to Hope and back to Hope to Fear and again Fear to Hope. Always right at the right timing . QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Jul 30 2009, 11:41 AM) Sign of stimulus plan is working , now bubbling ? Believe it or not.. only 25% of the US Stimulus money that was allocated US stimulus plan is just like throwing money into a big sink hole. is spent. US is moving very slowly. China spent already 75% of its 585 billion. Therefore, looks like China economy is rebounding so fast, so hot.. and yet.. very bubbly and dangerous. |

QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Jul 30 2009, 12:26 PM) Well can't bite both ends of the pie at the same time, can you?there so many issues yet to be ironed out.. but pumping the system full of money will only get the market excited for a while, what if the stimulus money runs out, go bak to the ppl and rob them of more monies? i think its false expectations of a "recovery", when in fact it all came from printed monies. i think we all know fairly well what happened duing the great depression... "in the sense everyone was making money, expectation was high, and the market seems like it would never crash" - hence the term false expectations. When Banks are tightening credit, the destruction of the only other source of raising capital i.e. StockMarket would ultimately be armegeddon. The situation now is more like the devil and the deep blue sea. personally i think China is doing it wrong. its a painful recovery, ppl may have to write in a couple of million times before they get a job... but one thing is for sure, a crash can happen overnight but a cure will take years.
