IIRC, TA Global's gonna be a property developer and holding company, something like KLCCP (but more attractive ) . TA's shifting some of its assets to TAGL as well.

what's gonna happen to TA, i'm still unsure, so i don't get why, and i'm expecting the stock to crash after TAGL's listing. or maybe everyone's trying to have a piece of TAGL.

ok, TA's AGM & EGM starts at 10.30 later at Menara TA. Anyone going?
