Not quite, and it's very weak compare to other weapons. The main strength is the combo, not singular hits for SA.

No, i checked the damage FAQ, it said upswing gave the most damage out of all axe attacks. Yes, all of the SA
attack is weak compared to other weapon(maybe because of high raw?) But upswing and then overhead slash combo
dealt like 4 hit axe normal combo.

i be needing so many barioth and lagia parts that i need a spreadsheet.
