Learn new things everyday on MH3~

1. Found out hammer Super Pound has a shockwave radius. (I'm still a noob)
If you stand adjacent or if I pound between the monsters, they will get hit.

2. Quality Sacs
- Use poison smoke bombs on Altoroth. Then carve them.
- That is also the way to get their Jaws.
*Poison Smoke Bomb = Bomb Casing + Toadstool

3. Dragonbone Relic
- Apparently a rare from gathering bones/mining? at Tundra.

4. Rush/Ancient shards
- Area 5 is a good spot.


Did a few G.Jaggi+ runs with Maddy. 3 Hammers is way too funny.

Yeah that too... I'm a hammer user, and I cant get certain parts cuz I cant cut off the tail

I've been using Mega Pick axes to mine - seems I get shards every now and then.
I keep spare bones and malachite ores in my pouch to make more in case of breakage.

Not really, I carry the ore and bones with me... cuz I do a full mining run all my axes break and I make new ones on the go.

I made a skull mask and upgrade it to +8 and it opened up new skills!
- Defense Up
+ Pigmentation
AND... Rarity Up (?!)

OK~ I need to remake accidentally made it +9 and the skills are gone ><

Strangely it doesnt show up.

It just stays +Torso which is the innate skill it comes with.

But during the upgrade to +8, 3 more skills open up but after that is void.

Just got a worn spear..

Got it from an ancient shard - This is the ancient series... upgrades to:

Skyscraper
Attack: 437
Attrib: 330 Dragon
Affinity: 0%
* 77 Earth Crystal * 5 Dragonbone Relic * 1 Lagia Sapphire * 55,555z

Oh anyone for Arena?

Easier offline than online because of how the monster switches it targets.
And I'd prefer to playing with the same people in order to organise our attacks - ie. Status Effects weapons help alot.

Now with others, its basically a zerg rush to kill the monster before the time runs out

I wish Niksyaz can post in the forums, there's alot I want to ask him.

I need farm Gobul Lantern+ wanna upgrade it

I need some peeps to farm materials with

Dont complain about the MH3 servers - other people are playing fine. I didnt disconnect at all and I'm using Maxis Broadband.

ITS ALWAYS STREAMYX's FAULT.

Btw, can we start setting up High Rank ONLY rooms?

Lately, there has been too many weird people joining the room without saying a thing or an introduction.
Starting a quest and expecting us to help them - MOST of them lower than HR18.

Telling them we're waiting for our 4th LYN member, they wont even leave.

I find it very annoying.

Edit:
Yeah, fun egg-run and triple monster bashing for Cold Call.
Seems the monsters in Cold Call have very very little hp.

For transporting, I made a set of loc lac+ armour previously until I got my talisman.

I got lucky mining Volcano+ area and got a +10 Transporter +5 SpdGathering Talisman with 1 slot.
