so i guess we're gonna go to the dragon arc soon(maybe even final)

so what will going back to the past change anything?
i mean,its not like winning the match will make the dragon change their minds

so basically the victor of a fight between dragon slayers now can easily be swapped as they can just eat the opponents magic when their's has depleted, not to mention getting a power up from it

and from that theory, Mashima-sensei can make a lot of cool combinations:
-lightning iron dragon
-wind fire dragon
-lightning wind dragon
-and i definitely would have loved to see flame iron dragon

that chapter title is so misleading, saying white knight, but only show the armor for a few pages

however, future Lucy said to the princess that the winner is unexpected at all

this seems like all too expectable to me, except that light dragon is still hiding somewhere

maybe, after they solve that army of dragons first, and if this manga is still going after that

somehow, i feel like Lucy will stop the gate from opening.
maybe future Rouge will posses Lucy and thus making her close the gate(but then again it contradicts with what he did earlier).

well, everything make sense now. Rouge actually wanted the dragons to come, thus he time travel too after he knows Lucy does the same, but he get ahead of her by telling the princess everything and lied about the Eclipse cannon. Future Lucy didn't close the gate, thus she said she have no memory of it since in the future, Lucy is still trapped in the dungeon with everyone else and the dragons came after they tried to use to gate to time travel to kill Zeref.
Basically Rouge has been lying the whole time(except that Natsu dying in the future part)

so basically from what Rouge says the Eclipse didn't open in his time, and the only dragon that come is Acnologia, but Rouge cant control him and there are no other dragons that can defeat it

the only question is, if there are no other dragons, how come he knows he can control one, and how did he know that the Eclipse will connect to 200 years in the past?

i hope the mangaka explains all that or its just gonna be a huge plot holes

inb4 Rouge is actually only trying to call the dragon so that all the dragon slayer can kill the dragon and bath in their blood to get some power up to fight Acnologia

well, i guess Natsu's strategy is pretty simple, every slayer go for their own element, Natsu vs fire dragon, Gajeel vs rock(metal is somewhere near that i think) and so on...

not to mention if Natsu bathed in fire dragons blood, power up ensues...

so i guess no one got any power up .
so in the end i guess they need to rely on Nakama power to defeat Acnologia

thats more like a temporary power up, like the golden flame Gerard gave him. To become stronger, the dragon slayer need to bath in the blood of the dragons they killed, just like Rogue and Sting did to their dragon parent(although they didn't fight, it still counts).
