Now in hospital with Bernard being the doctor... hopefully can fix... So far from what I've read on various message boards... looks like a blown fuse problem... if so, then looks like can be fixed... gotta wait and see...

Darn... so many problems with my DS lite right now... it's amazing that my original DS phat is going strong despite me having bought it less than a month after it was introduced to the world... only problem with it is I've got a line of dead pixels on it now...

My DS is fixed :-) Bernard called to say that could pick it up. Woopee!

Well... my fuse problem I think is linked to the time when I had power troubles after sending my DSL to Bernard to exchange the L & R triggers with new ones I got from dealextreme. After I got it back I suddenly experienced excessive power drain but later got it fixed by Bernard again. Guess it has something to do with the fuse during that process...

Amazing thing through all this is that my ori DS phat is still going strong despite a couple of lines of dead pixels and some touchscreen problems that are quickly corrected by recalibrating the screen.
