r501 mkII around 370-400 depend on where u buy.

around 100+ difference.
S5.1 is around 240rms.
s5.1m abit lower.
s5.1 woofer bigger.

what soundcard are u using?
u can tweak thru software of hardmodd it.
change the caps.
