Hi all,
Have recently paid for the purchase of DiorShow Iconic Mascara from a seller in LYN called zhixuan.


Here are the details which i copy pasted from her thread.
As mentioned in her terms and conditions, I did not negotiate and deposited the money to her as promised.
Here are the details of our conversation.


So this is the situation.
Firstly, she stated in her thread that,
My price - RM 23 inclusive of Pos Ekspress (if poslaju/courier service preferred, extra RM 3 will be charged)
Secondly, she said
yes. sure smile.gif will let u know if i cant make it. smile.gif but most prob can. no worries wink.gif

and now. She posted it with Registered postage even without informing me.
From what I know. Cosmetics do not stand in heat. And nowadays. the weather is so heaty. Im afraid that the mascara will be damaged since she mentioned to me that there will be no box or seal wrapped for the mascara.

and registered postage takes two - three days to reach compared to pos ekspress that reaches my place in one day time.

So how Lyn-ians?
Please suggest me with appropriate action. Thanks a bunch.

When you received the item, if it really spoiled, then ask for refund since it's the seller's fault for not informing you that the registered post will be used.
