need help... b4 updating my firmware, it asked whether i wanted to backup... i said yes... now after updating, my phone cant on, so i hard reset. how to restore all my stuffs?

i've updated the firmware on 28th... fully charged after that.
now my batt level is at 4 bars... with some calling, sms, garmin, played RT GR, used the radio... seems ok to me. btw, i did a hard reset after updating |

fyi, formatting can also b done directly using ur tube.
Applications > File Manager > E: Memory Card > Options > Memory Card Options > Format |

there are some problems on the latest v30 firmware which wasn't an issue in the previous firmware version
1. occasionally, the browser will kinda hang n close automatically 2. my alarm rings late by 1 minute using the default tone |

i've got some problem sending/receiving mms... im using maxis
whenever i try to send, it will give the following error..
