I refer to page 1 for solution and still couldn't surf the web even tho I follow the instruction stated below:

15. Getting packet date: connection not allowed or cant access internet via 3G on your Nokia 5800 XM?

It prompted the message : CONNECTIONS RESTRICTIONS ACTIVE when I select the APN CONTROL.
