Not a marketing survey, just wanna take a look at your opinions. Throw the location and budget aside first. Let's give an example, you have a household of 4 persons and looking for a new place. Which would you choose? Also, what about the re-sale value if you suddenly plan to move out when you upgrade? I suck at choosing property for own stay. Landed property is always preferred for own stay. Well, not everyone but at least for me. 4 person staying in a bungalow is too big, if you are home alone, you will feel the emptiness greatly. Terrace should be a good option. Townhouse, apartment, condo have to pay maintenance fee which many people dislike especially high maintenance fee bout RM400-500 per month.

QUOTE(brutus @ Jul 27 2009, 06:28 PM) the 4 persons what age group and relationship? Ah good question, I need to be more detail. 4 persons = 2 siblings and their respective partner. So at one point - about 5 years, one pair will be moving out.

Getting Started

|
I picked Terrace. But since you mentioned 2 siblings and their partners, that would mean two groups of people. There will be question on whom will be getting the master room. Shouldn't you ask them what they prefer?
