Hi people,

This issue had been bugging my mind for sometimes, I am looking for a condo unit as my 1st property.

I found some ground floor unit which offers me a very attractive price. I had seek advice from some of my friends and they said ground floor not good, very smelly, very noisy.

BUT it is cheaper than other unit.

Hereby I would like to seek advice from people here who are more experience in this field.

The unit which i was offered is at Palm Spring Damansara.
