Training and nutritional plans will not be rigid, but will smooth seamlessly into one’s diet. Rest assured, it won't be steamed chicken, brown rice, no fat, no carbs, or training 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. I understand that many are hesitant to commit themselves to a personal trainer, thus I offer a free session/ consultation to see whether we are “compatible” before we form a client-trainer relationship.
Rates will be discussed after this complimentary training, no worries, I am no hard-sell; fitness should be your choice.

I have been training with Bradley for the past 2 months and indeed I see the progress eventually. Besides training, Bradley provides diet advice and like what he mentioned - it won't be steamed chicken, no fat, no carbs.
If you are looking for a dedicated and professional personal trainer, you may want to consider Bradley. Let him show and guide you the right way to train. It is better to get someone like Bradley who is knowledgeable and experience to train and guide you, rather than self-train but seeing no result.
And of course, you had to have high self-determination and self-discipline in order to see the results.
