I'm one of those skinny kids who's a bit malu to go to the weights section at the gym (lifting 10kg when everyone around me is lifting 50++ IS a bit unnerving lol). I wanted to hire a PT to help me start on the right track towards building muscle. Aaron not only helped me define my goals better, but pushed me to break through my fears and shyness and just push towards what I want. Plus, he's also great fun to hang around (goofy fellow lol), and he's got the kind of drive and enthusiasm that makes you want to push yourself further as well. Highly recommended!
