Hi...I am looking for a personal trainer...I have joined Fitness First for few months already tapi untuk masuk classes je. Only recently...I feel like to do something to my body...i want to lose some weight and tone my body...my target areas are waist, abs and chest...i hate to look at those area.

Time: Weekday : after working hours 7pm - 10pm
Sat & Sun: anytime till 10pm
my budget: RM90 and below per session...
what i need from u?
- i dont need a master trainer...average is ok since i am still beginner
- i need ur help for my diet plan
- if u know kick boxing should be an added advantage...i really want to learn it...am i too much with that RM90?...haha...ignore this part
