For certified Coaches and PT, can look up Hale Athletics. They have a range of them suited for different needs, be it weight loss or increasing strength. Can look them up on Instagram @hale.athletics

Hi,

Looking for a trainer for both me and wife. Both average body (me fat percentage 20%+ and wife fat percentage 30%+). We have FF membership.

My weight is 87-88kg and targeted weight is 77-78kg. Wife is about 49kg and targeted weight about 40kg. My height is 183cm and my wife is about 148cm.

Hi All, I am just starting my online fitness coaching and looking for clients.

Background: My name is Danial and I have been training since 2011 doing various activities like running marathon, park workout and gym in order for me to reach my physique goals. As years have past my training improves (eg: manage to run 13km running event, doing various park workout routines, squat 100kg) but i never reached my physique goals (getting 6pack) due to my lack of knowledge in nutrition. I used to believe that the only way to be ripped or look great is to only eat certain foods (clean/good/super food) and have to remove completely all my favorite food (dirty/bad food). But as i learn and gain more experience, flexible dieting is the only sustainable approach to be happy with my food choices, improve my training and able to achieve my physique goals. I would like to help others who are facing the same issues. Below is my before and after picture.

Anyone here have taken ACE and NASM or ACTION Online course before?
I noticed in some of the course syllabus have very poor illutration or graphics material in the other courses . Among these 3 courses, i have Action and the images are quite small and not so accurate . Im not sure if ACE or NASM have a better materials in training PErsonal Trainer.
