historical price, anyone ?

hey bro, i was trying hard to get back those stock historical price, but failed.. i tried on osk chart, and jstock chart, it provide 10 years price, but the problem is their price seems dont match with the real price.. example: i checked for genting, few years back both of it show the price at only $3-4.. any idea ?
anyone who got better tools to check historical price?

Try ChartNexus, download their free charting software and open an a/c (free) and u will be able to get the historical data. Hope it helps

hm.... i downlaoded and updated to latest price, but then it only provide 2007 to current price ?

last time i did managed to get some historical price using yahoo finance. Able to download into excel format for record keeping

Another alternative will be to buy Stock Performance Guide published by Dynaquest Sdn Bhd. You can find it in MPH. Price is RM70 per book. They publish it every 6 months. It gives 10 years Adjusted Historical Price. It also provides you with all the important Ratios. Very helpful book if you're a fundamental investor like me ;-)
