i lost 2 kg during whole ramadhan. kinda dissapointed a bit.

guys, i want to ask something. i'm going to resume work out after raya. should i de-load or keep the weight that I last went to gym? please bear with me. i'm newbie..tongue.gif

guys, i'm aware that fish oil is somewhat essential. But instead of taking those dha epa fish oil that you guys have been talked about, i'm taking scott emulsion. i guess it okay right since it still fish oil. or am i wrong?
