HD4530 is definitely enough for watching FHD video in fact integrated graphics solutions like Intel 4500M HD is already sufficient what more HD4530 smile.gif

For editing FHD videos though is more dependant on the CPU and not the GPU.Quad core CPUs along the lines of Arrandale or Clarksfield would prove to be quite good

GTA4 is a CPU intensive game where Quad Core ones are the best for this..This is where all the Dual Cores loses out not to mention yours' only an i3

What about other games?
