GoForce??? or u mean GeForce M???

basically for 7 series and earlier, it was called GeForce Go, starting from 8 series, it's GeForce M, M for mobile...

u may notice 7150M is a bit funny, but basically, it's an IGP based on the GeForce Go 7 family (still using PS and VS, not SP), but released during the GeForce 8M times...
*
Lol.

My bad, as quoted from Wiki - > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GoForce

" The NVIDIA GoForce line of chipsets used mainly in handheld devices such as PDAs and mobile phones. "

Regarding the 7150M, could it be due to cheaper costs?

In a 8-series era, wouldn't the 7-series be cheaper?

just let it run like the resolutions we normally use to test here like 1280x768 or 1280x800 or 1280x1024 so that the scores can seems abit balanced.  Running in different resolutions definitely gives different scores. But we need to set uniform resolution so that we can compare them more accurately.
*
True. The higher the screen resolution, the "slightly" lower the score.

Most laptops' screen size is 1280x800.
