ATi Hyper Memory at work... Nvidia's version is called Turbo Cache...

when more than 512MB of frame buffer is needed, it will borrow more from the system RAM...

anyway dun bank on the extra memory too much... not all games would recognize and utilize it...

nope... the driver is responsible of deciding whether those extra frame buffer is needed...

but seriously speaking, for HD3670, 512MB is already a lot...

well, for HD4870, iirc GDDR3 or GDDR5 doesn't make much difference... the clock of the core itself is downclocked so much compared to the desktop version...

putochip: srry mate, but we dun encourage overclocking here... the potential of spoiling is higher than desktop parts...

this is my current rating.
do it will improve if i install Windows 7 or it will just the same?
*
WEI will increase, since Vista capped the max score at 5.9 while Win7 is 7.9...

but no difference in game fps and benchmark, of course...

dun blame the weather (especially if u know where i am now...), it's getting hot now... tongue.gif
