Household Advice on investing in PJ new condo, Want to buy PJ condo

Hi all!

I was thinking of buying a new Condo in PJ. Anyone heard of the Park51 condo project by Taipan Focus?
The unit I was considering is Type A(the few they are selling now ^^) 1143sq ft at about 300k

They say completion is by year 2012, 0% down payment, and only 2k booking fee. So it means, not much risk in case the project don't turn out right. Only risking 2k and ownership of a new property cry.gif

Seems like a good deal. Still deciding if it's a good choice for investment/home.

I am still not familiar with the price of PJ property, so I'm looking for advice on this. icon_question.gif
