Here is the brief agenda of the meeting

Party @ Siddharthan Care Centre on 23rd August 2009

1. Food and drinks
May I request Erxier to help me in the drinks, I will be baking a cake for the children since it will be a belated birthday party for our beloved little baby girl. I need some idea for the food and someone in charge of that.

2. Transportation and meet up point
I will have 2 meet up points for the time being and I need 2 person to be in charge of it. I also need a list of volunteers who have transportation problem.

3. Activities
I would like to have some suggestion for this group of young children, perhaps it will be good if the activities are educational.


4. Photographer
Of course I would love to have Brian to be one of the photographer but unfortunately due to his tight schedule, he is unable to confirm yet. Anyhow, I still need some volunteers to give me a hand on this.


For those who are unable to get online for the meeting, just leave a message to me or verx in the forum, as I will send out the minutes of the meeting after the meeting.
