the northbridge temp is quite high.

40mm fan should bring the temp to a more manageable value.

for me i like to keep em under 50'c if possible.

unlock is the easy part.

making sure its stable is the hard part.

btw how much ram do u have in ur rig??

6gb wouldnt cause lag so what does cause the lag.

pczone might still have the batch but not guaranteed to be stable though.

2 cores cant handle that much stuff going on.even E8400 struggle with that much apps running on the background.

run prime95 blend test for a bout an hour.usually that's more than enough to consider it stable.but i say 1 hour enough but other may say at least 3 or 4 or even 8 hours to consider it stable.

it show SB700 series so 710 belong to that series and so does 750.

no.

once unlock u cant monitor the temp anymore but u can still monitor the temp of the IHS.

thanks kunta.now im at 2.6ghz for both and thats for 24/7.

2.6ghz fail after 15minutes of prime95 for stock voltage.

i think i'll stick to 2.4ghz for now.

try running everest memory and cache benchmark.

should see a considerable amount of performance gained.

ramp up the ram to 1600mhz cl8 if possible now
