ya at stock, can i use turbov set my volt everytime? icon_question.gif

It is much better if you set it manually in bios. Try 1.34v for a start. Test stability using prime95.

If stable then try 1.33v. Do all over again until you find the lowest stable vcore. smile.gif

sifus... thanks for the guide so far..

aida64 @ everest is stating 45+- on the cpu sensor. and the room temp is quite hot. the pc is in a non a/c room.

is it a normal temp for those who unlock to 4 cores? or it should be lower??

Your temp is definitely high for a cooler like d14. Take mine for example.
I'm using Venomous-X + scythe gt in non-a/c room oc to 3.8 @ 1.44v. Idle @ 36C (CPU temp), gaming @ 45C and load prime95 @ 53C.
Mine also an unlock version of phenom ii 550.

Your should be much lower considering only minor oc @ 1.344v. How about your casing airflow???

Amd recommend up until 1.425v and for me I personally would limit up to 1.45v.
It is the temp that we should be concerned for. I prefer my temp to be lower than 55c during load.

Mine oc moderate only. Many sifu here oc their proc pass 4ghz mark.

guy u know how higher temp can make OCCT test fail? its fail on random core after i close side panel casing. about 2~3min test it occur. if open it side back no problem in OCCT, even 10h

What is your temp during load?? Amd suggest below 62C.

If that is the cpu temp then you are way over the safe temp.
Even for the close case I think your temp are just 2C from AMD suggested temp.
Maybe you can try reseat your d14 or make sure that your case have a positive airflow.

Lower the HT link to 2000mhz. The voltage that you need to increase is cpu-nb, not the nb.
Your voltage is quite high. Lower the voltage a little.
