the northbridge temp is quite high.

40mm fan should bring the temp to a more manageable value.
*
what is the max temp for NB?

can't really say that bro, diff core likes diff acc value, those hardly worked for all d unlockable chips i've tested are 6, 8, 10, -6, -8, -10. but still, they mite work for some i guess...  smile.gif

as for d nb, try to remove d squarish sponge & get rid of d stock thermal paste at d moment. let see how it goes after u replace it w/ a better one.  nod.gif
*
yah u rite acc some time hard to predict ...amd full of surprise and magic tongue.gif tongue.gif

u mean i use back the stock heatsink back? i think it will be worse sweat.gif... coz mine CM blu ord i can maintain around 50c but the clip is broken hahahahah laugh.gif
now using some china made copper heatsink and i've donr mirror polish at the bottom...huhu tongue.gif i think CM cooler better... blush.gif

decent batches of c3 can do 3.6GHz @ 1.3v or below on decent board, while for c2, some managed w/ only slightly > 1.3v. mobo does play a big role there, but as we all know, software reading not always d most accurate source, d only way to find out true value is to have it measure usin dmm...  smile.gif

1.344V VS 1.38v not so big diff, some more c45 is value board, can't really compare w/ mid range/premium boards. my ex g45 (yes, i'm sellin it tomorrow) has voltage fluctuation issue. auto 0.05v increase from idle to load.  sweat.gif

play w/ spu voltage enuf... u can always set d desired voltage & check in bios.  smile.gif
*
hahaha..i forgot iam using cheapo mobo sweat.gif sweat.gif currently trying 7-7-7-20-28 1T on 708mhz on 1.67v ... huhu sweat.gif
kinda surprise cheapo kingston can do it laugh.gif

i overclock my 720BE unlocked using amd overdrive...when i set 1.3V 18x multiplier..everything is okay..then i move the voltage to 1.3275 and move it to 19x multiplier and whole desktop rebooted =.= should i increase the voltage more coz at that point of time..cpu temp just increase from 40 degree to 41
