hi all, it seem that the 0922 batch can almost 100% guarantee to unlock. I will go to survey the local shops over my place and hope I have the luck to get a good PII 550 . Will report to you all the results later.

I would like to ask that does Am2+ board able to unlock as well as Am3? Currently looking at msi 770 c45, it's the cheapest

Well for now all the 550 at my place is the same 0931 GPMW. no more 0922, even the sales supervisor tell me that batch sells so well that he couldn't even get 1 for imselft

Any1 have any idea about this 0931? I do some googling and it seem it's the newest batch

maybe the 4th core is faulty. Try unlock into 4 core and running processor intensive program like orthos occt or intel burn test.
