It should spike or drooping but not 0.1v around 0.02-0.04 is max...imagine u set 1.400, what u really did was actually pumping 1.44v
So thats why I said who need to use MM to ensure the value of the OV...UV not so much a problem...but when the difference is too much...then either PSU or mobo regulator kaput already...
