Like I've posted, I live in Setapak during weekdays, and Klang during weekends. So places around PJ would very nice

KL is huge, so is PJ. So please don't assume that everywhere in KL can reach Midvalley easily. Plus, I don't remember people stating their locations, unless you are assuming again

I respected your suggestion, and I was stating in a very generalised way that Midvalley is not easily accessible. I did mention that Midvalley is far from me, and it could also be far for others as well. Unless majority voted for Midvalley, then I would not comment.

Also, I can see that a few members have also seconded areas in PJ as compared to Midvalley. So, based on majority rule, shouldn't PJ be leading at the moment?

By the way, I do not see a problem with my tone. I have never raised my tone. As adults, we should be able to differentiate between loud and soft tones. Perhaps you're overly sensitive? If that's the case, there's nothing I could do to help.

The fact that Aurora is the would-be organiser of this inaugural event, I would respect his/her final decision on the venue. That said, I would be happy to participate if the venue chosen/voted is accessible to me.

Well, if Aurora isn't going to continue with this plan, I think I might as well volunteer to organise it since I have been organising monthly gatherings for my community members.

As of now, we have only very few interested attendees, so I don't think it's a good idea if we separate the already small group into even smaller group. Then we might be seeing some areas with only 1-2 people turning up. I think it would be great if we start our inaugural gathering together at a location, then once our members start to increase, then we can separate the group.

I think I have to start the ball rolling as I'm familiar with organising gatherings. Lets make this Friday (23 October) from 8pm at McDonald's SS15. Since this would be our FIRST gathering, we will just drink at McDonald's first and we can discuss on our next venue during the gathering.

I suppose your meaning of easy accessibility means the availability of public transportation? That can be done, but I think most of the KTM lines would be closed by the end of our gathering. I just don't hope anybody gets stranded at KL Sentral

I have no problem with Midvalley though, but I believe the time we would be meeting up is the peak of the jam around Midvalley. I know people from everywhere in Klang Valley will be jammed there.

One Utama is not too bad, maybe can be an alternative choice if SS15 is not favourable.

KL Sentral should be out of the question for those taking public transportation.

Well, perhaps you don't know where is SS15, but you should know where is Taylor's College, INTI College and Metropolitan College. Even if you don't know these places, you MUST know Subang Summit or Sunway Pyramid.

Well, this is not argument. Maybe they are not familiar with the term SS15, that's why they disagree with the venue. But seriously, how can people not know SS15 when Taylor's, INTI, Metropolitan, Summit and Sunway Pyramid are just around that area?
