Faced a few issues after update:
1. Occasionally, when you start playing a file there is no audio. Either have to use "Go to" function to skip a bit, or stop and play again.
2. Chinese characters not showing up...it's just blank.extension where there used to be a filename.
3. Not sure what the Media Library function is for - can't seem to find any media. Maybe doesn't work for videos or have to use internal drive.

On the plus side:
1. Fast forwarding is a lot smoother and doesn't jump to frames.
2. USB logo used instead of the ! previously when indicating USB connection.
3. No problems with subtitles (only tried on MKV files with soft-coded subs).

Update at your own risk I guess. tongue.gif

Anybody updated to Firmware Ver. v7.06.r2388?

Last time I updated the firmware (v7.06.r1757), had a bunch of problems with it (Chinese characters not displaying, audio problems etc.)
Don't know if this new update will bring more problems sad.gif

Just updated my player and I'm glad to report the audio problems and Chinese characters have been fixed.
Also added BD-ISO support but I don't have any files to test it with.

Didn't test the other new functions as they don't interest me (torrents, internet feeds, DVD-ROM etc.)

Ooooo I've been hoping for this!
I can't stand the UI for POHD but it's the most tolerable one apart from WDTV.
Unfortunately, WDTV stutters with certain files...or so I've read.

Hopefully the YAMJ firmware won't mess up the functions...AC Ryan has a knack for doing that sad.gif

Has anyone tested this out?
I don't have a HDD installed in my POHD; I use external HDDs via USB - does this still work?

Really fail.
Where's the YAMJ support?!
Keep teasing and teasing...I've already set everything up and downloaded all the necessary from IMDB sad.gif
