1. C200 come without BDrom so you can buy other BDroms and plug in like the LG x6 writer.. or if you prefer run twin 3.5" HDD in side the case.
anyway, what's wrong with 8642/3? u mean lousier than realtek izzit?

have you tried a Dune 1.0 before?
have you tried DVICO 6500 before

all uses sigma designs running at only 300MHz.. also can play BD-ISO/BDMV with Java (dune) and basic BDMV (6500 with BD-lite)

realtek can't even bitstream lossless audio now (have to wait for SDK 2.0 as per chew's comment) let alone read BD-ISO.. or play Java.. you think any hope to be a BD media streamer (high end requirement)? at best it's just a mid range RMVB+MKV player..

new Sigma designs 8642/3 and 55 chipset is 500-667MHZ.. that's roughtly twice as powerful as before...

finish review on a Himedia HD300D - supposely using the realtek 1073 chip (same as the Acryan) -
if mod thinks its not appropriate to put it here because its not ACryan just tell me..just that the player plays BDMV bluray rips with out the fancy bluray menus but their own menu. And some people might want to see how it works.

click here (still a bit of cleaning up to do)
