You may consider Xtreamer for your choice of media player. Can satisfy almost all you needs.

no point also, since it can't do DTS-MA... so it's half baked for HD audio solution...

David Foster Blu-ray disc is aroung 40GB my friend  biggrin.gif . You must be playing a DVD .iso

The POHD can only play BD.iso by automatically choosing the largest m2ts file in the BDMV/stream folder, nothing more.
*
so in that case, press "skip" (next track) will exit to "main folder" while playing a movie.... rite??

I dun have POHD.. but , I think if similar to other realtek, if you click the BDMV folder it'll play the largest M2TS file inside whether or not it's the 1st chapter of the movie (correct sequence playback) is another story..
*
taukeh... from your research... will it be able to display the BD menu

gracias

quite number of ppl actually gave up hope of ever seeing HD audio bitstream available on POHD...may i ask why?

does it mean, HDX BD1 is a better m-player since its able to bitstream HD audio?

how about Tvix 6600? will it have the possibility of HD audio bit stream?

i'm using POHD now, but feel like upgrading...thinking about Tvix, but then up came HDX BD1...looks like a promising player..but i still wanna wait till the first batch user reports their reviews...

thanks,

from the understanding,
say a 50GB file
and if remove certain audio languages, subs, extras... the file will be lesser (say 25GB) ... rite,

in that case the Remux version and the Ori BD vesrion for AQ & PQ shud be more or less identical (+- few % tolerance)
is that rite....

mucho gracias

For us..main reason to remux is not for space saving, but to make it easier for budget media player to play those 'hard to play' movies.
ar118 has a point there.

But Remux meaning for an Encoder is different...those movies encoders uses it to add subtitles, add/remove HD audio, extract video from Bluray for VC-1...the meaning very wide.

thanks .... under-stoo-ded biggrin.gif
